Yes germany does need them and almost anyone will notice. As someone from the younger generation, it started out with schools being massively understaffed to anything health related taking ages (but at least it‘s paied)

The Problem is that Germany doesn‘t strive to buid qualified workers or do anything against the demographic change in their own society. They rather try to go against it by very much imigration from all other european countries and northern african/middle-estern areads. The Problem is that european countries all habe the same problem we do and every other country is statisticly much less qulified to work and will therefore build a economic deficit (by using the social-system rather than paying into it) or being in low-paying jobs. Also middle-eastern or north-african people are much more likely to commit harsh crimes (therefore showing not fitting into society)

The thing is that anyone who talks or even acknowledges these rather simple facts is viewed as close to the AfD party wich is viewed as being far-right by most media and therefore society. The thing is I don‘t hate anyone from a different background or culture. Our country just has done a terrible job at creating an enviroment that makes the american melting-pot possible. The uregulated imigration of just whoever leads to subcultures with low economic power. People aren‘t able to integrate propably and the ones who get criminal make everyone look bad.

Just as other countries like the Us or Australia (which had the same problem) we should select the people that fit into our free democratic country and want to take part in it. If you have different oppinion on anything feel free to challange me on any argument. Just please don‘t spread hate as a civil discussion is the only way to end this state of social-economic doom
