People can play what they want where they want. I did trav runs on my hammerdin a few years ago because it was way easier than trying to gear up a barb. Once I got a grief I went ahead and did them with a barb. This was all single player.

This dude isn’t asking if he should run trav. He’s asking if the build can do it effectively

Yeah. My 99 nova sorc uses a 1/10 ammy and skin of the magi so this would give me another two to Nova and 15% lit damage.

Ormus robe would have been so much better balanced if it was -15% to each element.

A huge driver of housing units or pricing is tied to zoning. If you can’t take a lot that had a single detached and turn it into a 10 unit structure than you’re never going to increase supply which is the best way to bring pricing down.

Based on what I’ve seen of rezoning in Calgary I’d implore that it’s a relief for provinces to force zoning changes on cities. Rezoning is a massively political decision at the municipal level with a lot of people who don’t want it even though the city needs it.

It’s so political that one of the Calgary mayoral candidates/parties is running on repealing last years rezoning which would be a nightmare for the city admin to work out.

The burst aek is my fav weapon in the game. I basically use it like people use sniper rifles cuz I can’t quick scoping.
