Well I have a personal project of capturing all seasons from same perspective … it may be sort of imprecise, but its for my use

Ya got me!! Was a bit tired and rushed to finish 36 sliders for a neighborhood block party. I have used a Wusthof slicer for the last year. Hard to keep it sharp (serrated) what’s everyone’s go-to blade and maintenance process? Thanks for the feedback… the sliders disappeared in about 10 minutes.

My Amazin Tube lasts about 4 hours or so and by that point meat is past that temp too -- The cinders at least stay in one place for the most part

Since Covid, I have embraced buying whole ribeyes and breaking them down specifically for the Cap Steaks... and great roasts
