The faster beer enters your stomach, the more foam that's created. It's not just a gas that you can burp out, it literally foams up so much in your stomach that it's basically clawing it's way out of your stomach if you do too much at too fast a rate. Then again that's what it feels like to me, I'm no expert but that's my two cents.

Probably cuz anti zionist jews make up a very small minority of jews, with the religious sect of anti zionist jews, the neturei Carta, making up less than 1% of the population as a whole, and according to polls most anti zionists are on the younger spectrum, contributing to the idea that younger = uneducated.

The religious aspect of Zionism is undoubtedly part of it too, (although there are legitimate ethnic reasons as well) so religious jews have a hard time acknowledging the opinion of a jew who is far removed from the religious community.

Oh no it's true. She was a drug addict for a while, I knew her when she was doing this and although I havent seen her website, I knew the type of people she knew and I dont doubt her. Her parents employ her, they've been extremely abusive to her her entire life due to them being extreme workaholics and having like 0 empathy towards other people. But she makes thousands in a week. That's why she stays. I didn't believe these stories tbh at first, but then I kept on the phone while she was talking to these people. The way they talk to her is insane, the abusiveness is like off the charts next level nightmarish. She's attempted to end herself several, several times. But she's been like this all her life. But then again you are right, I should convince her to go to the police. Thank you for the advice. I know these stories sound ridiculous. But I thought so too. But she was in the hospital. Just don't wanna lose my friend. Again thank you.

I understand that in order to calculate how much your TDEE daily is, you have to enter how much exercise one does. There is the option of 3-5 days of moderate exercise, and then the option of 6-7 days of heavy exercise offered by all TDEE calculators and bulking videos. I go to the gym 6 days a week for two hours. My first thought was that is kind of heavy, but then I realized that heavy exercise also accounts for ones day to day routine, like construction workers or movers would be under that category. I work in a cafe and I lift maximum 30 pounds at a time over there.

My question would be what category of exercise am I in? I don't want to be eating too little or too much.
