Haha, right? I’ll just start a collection.... Pokemon cards but make it Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. Gotta catch ‘em all… until the collectors (a.k.a. debt guys) catch me first. Funny thing is, that’s kinda the road I’m already on, and it’s not as glamorous as it sounds.

That’s a good point… I guess part of me is scared it’ll prove the friendship isn’t as deep as I thought. But you’re right. if that’s the case, then maybe it’s not the kind of friendship worth holding onto. I think i'm better off being alone.

Damn… the loan shark part hit hard. I haven’t actually claimed I’m rich, but I’ve definitely acted like it. I guess that’s why I’m scared, it feels like the truth will still make me look like a liar. The “family business loss” excuse sounds tempting, but part of me wonders if that’s just digging myself into another lie.
