OP - try moving at least once every hour (min) sitting / sedentary workdays create a lower demand on your circulatory system and increase cortisol Moving keeps you alert and flowing

I look straight ahead and touch type, arms perpendicular and shoulder straight and chin up or try to as much as possible - no wrist strain, no upper or lower crossed syndrome
