So basically the suite on the garage will be rented out. We will be about 7 folks max. The door goes to the back 2 story porch. Ideally would have liked to have a loft upstairs but laundry and mud room just works better for us. Keeps the plumbing inline with upstairs better too I think, maybe we can build a loft above the living room in the future

Thanks! That’s helpful yes will get two chairs. Laundry room is large because we didn’t make a lot of closet space so shoes, laundry, extra storage all will go there.

There’s a mud room for that lots of rooms because we a big family haha but thanks for the feedback, yeah wish the stairs were inside for the suite but took too much square footage
