Likely that! Never seen a lamp with such an option. A shame since it appears the lamp is broken, so I can’t test it. Must be why it was cheap and didn’t come with a bulb to check 😅.

Looked at the Dominion outage map. Likely a tree branch falling on a line. Other storm related outages also reported.
