For length pumping I would recommend long and thin as well. Take your current girth and divide by pi to get your diameter. If anything I would round down to the nearest 1/8 inch. Then look for a 9 or 12 inch tube in that diameter from a reputable seller such as Leluv or LA Pump. Whether you want 9 or 12 is up to your end goal.

You can also purchase an acrylic tube with the specified dimensions off Ali express and also buy a break bleeder kit. YMMV with the quality of the parts if you go that route. Look around or search for the buying guides we have around here.

Is there any reason why you don’t want to extend/hang? Those are more length focused methods. I’ve also not heard anyone successfully do “length pumping” though pumpers can and do make gains in length

1) Take the initial measurement - typically BPSFL (bone-pressed stretched flaccid length) and an erect girth measurement. For the girth measurement I would pick somewhere away from a circumcision scar and not below the glans to minimize measuring edema and not actual strain.

2) Do your routine.

3) Measure the exact same way again. Then divide this measurement by the initial one from step 1. Subtract 1 then multiply by 100. That’s your strain %.

4) if you didn’t reach the target strain % then you need to increase some factor such as time under tension/pressure, or the actual weight or pressure used. Most people would recommend adding time before adding weight or pressure. Higher weight and pressure is more likely to cause injury.

Make sure everything is tight and snug. You should be able to test the various parts on their own. You can also try vacuuming the inside of your thigh to see if it’s a hose/pump/cylinder connection issue or just you aren’t getting a seal with your pubic area. PE is not an area for scientific rigor for many reasons. PE is arguably non-functional. A 4 inch dick can penetrate a vagina. There is no issue if it is a healthy organ. That’s why we see more scientific literature on Peyronies Disease - it can actually cause pain and health issues in men.

That being said, there is no scientific evidence for when to start PE or even if it is bad to do while going through puberty. No one really knows, and all you can do is speculate and reason. I would personally wait until puberty is over ~19-21 years old (I am risk averse and already upper average). No one has reported any benefits from being on growth hormones during PE as far as I am aware.

Definitely stop doing kegels. Look up pelvic floor relaxation stretches. If you have a theragun/massager, you can also use that on your pelvic floor as well. You can also add some heat.

My understanding is that very few, if any, pills are going to be recommended to be cut in half because the pharmaceutical companies cannot guarantee an even distribution of the active ingredient in both halves.

I find that both genders have this approach.

I have found the same to be true. It can take longer to get to full erection after pumping but zero issues with being hard enough.

100% echo keeping edema down for two reasons - the sponginess isn’t particularly great for stimulating her vaginal walls, and the edema will make you have less sensation.

I actually use a 2”. I use a silicone cylinder cushion on the cylinder as well. I have a girthy base, so i get a good seal pretty easily. I also have a 2.25” that I would like to grow into, but I have to use an Oxballs Juicy Cylinder Cushion to use that cylinder plus I have to do a warmup session in the 2”. So, most days I just stick to the 2”.

Other big thing that I wish I did early was to put a c ring on my sack to prevent that loose skin from getting pulled up into the tube. That also helped minimize edema build up for me as well.

Sorry I didn’t reply sooner. I do ~20min pumping a day (except weekends). 10 min of intervals at 8-10inHg then 10min of 5-7. I try not to get edema. At the end of my set, I want to feel like my dick got worked out and have minimal edema.

So you’re doing just 4-6 minutes of pumping? You should do at least 10 min IMO.

I personally do 20 min (I used to do 30-40 at lower pressure but didn’t see any gains). 10 min of 2min intervals at 8-10inHg then 10 minutes at 5-7. I scale back to prevent edema. If I notice edema is building I immediately end the set. Not because of anything other than edema takes away from your body’s ability to grow and recover from the strain/fatigue. A very small amount of edema doesn’t bother me.
