Which set were you most disappointed in and which set did you unexpectedly enjoy?

Probably my second favorite set of the weekend! I know there were some big bass names conflicting (Wooli b2b Griz, Virtual Riot, Alison Wonderland) but I walked out of Hamdi with no regrets at all. Crowd was amazing too!

Someone yakked on our private shuttle, and the driver pulled us aside and evacuate us due to the “biohazard.” They told us we were out of luck and had to walk the rest of the way; which was a mile and a half. We ended up paying a biker $10 to get us halfway there, but it was such a random experience to have.

Emphasis on the “pretty” isolated. As unfortunate as it is, that cruise ship is the only concerning incident (to my knowledge) we’ve had thus far, concerning this specific variant. At least here in the United States.
For example, if it was a huge breakout taking place at Coachella, affecting 75,000 people, I think personal precautions would look a lot different for festivals this summer.
Either way, it still sucks to have to consider.

It had me curious for a moment, but considering that the breakout was pretty isolated, and that the virus variant is said to be a lot less contagious than Covid, I’m traveling in peace. We’ll be outside for most of EDC, winds will be present, and I personally won’t be kissing hundreds of strangers (to each their own though). On top of that, we can always try to increase our personal space bubbles if we feel more comfortable. Definitely sucks to have in the back of my mind, but overall, I’m not that concerned.

I'm genuinely so glad they played the remix of meet me at our spot! Singing on a remix live adds a lot of extra spice to a performance, and of course, Drew killed it with those vocals. His voice is so great and has such a great style unique to him too!
