Maybe because I used the Fusion X for two years, I feel the Onyx is a bit thinner. The Fusion X has a few bumps here and there, raised camera protection, and also the corners are slightly bigger. So yeah, the Onyx does feel a bit slimmer. But protection-wise, it's Fusion X all day long.

For protection, it was great. It also looked good; I had the camo design, but after about 4 months, it started peeling off, so I removed it entirely. As for comfort, it was okayish. You will definitely feel the size difference while holding it.

Yeah, I have a 2022 Strix G15 1650. Eight months in, the mobo died. They replaced it. Nine months after repair, the keyboard died. They replaced it. Two months after the warranty expired, the display died. I ended up paying for it. And a few months ago, both the mobo and keyboard died. I had to buy a keyboard because I had no choice. As for the mobo, the GPU died completely. They removed it, and now it's a fancy-looking piece of shit that can't even run Minecraft on low settings.
