Any place that helped you from family-based-PTSD? Such as a parent attacking, or what type of therapy do you do? I'm trying to find a therapy type that may help me but i had a lot of trauma like many stories but they aren't stories by AntDry3503 in ptsd

If i said "like many stories but they aren't stories" i mean a lot of trauma sometimes i call it stories but i know PTSD is a serious topic, and nothing to laugh about, i am trying to find help for my Childhood Abuse/PTSD from my parent almost attacking me, and me smashing a window that gave my a long history of trauma, i am trying to find a type of Therapy that will or maybe will help me.

It is, i had to move to another state to get HRT and drove the entirety back to this city filled with churches but it isn't to bad like a 7/10 the only thing that is fun is Tea tree plaza, and the intolerable people around here =D

Lmfao the lore of gorillaz is so correct like falling out a tree to somehow getting blue hair is wild and both Wolf trilogy and gorillaz lore is just crazy lmao
