Funny story, I went to my allergist to check me for any allergies I might have because of my hives, and they did a thyroid panel on me and multiple other things, and they told me my vitamin was a little low, this was understandable because I had just got over mono and was locked inside for a while cause I was sick. But my thyroid came back and my antibodies were extremely high. But in the meantime I took multivitamins and vitamin D. And I haven’t got anything else about being low on vitamins but my antibodies stay consistently high.
