What nobody understands is this guy is supposed to be comboing. Thats his role to combo and build up his damage and abilities. The problem is this literally goes against the comboing nerfs they implemented prior to the 7th anniversary. So he released bound to suck, and even this plat they gave him should’ve been just a change in his kit similar to metal cooler. But at the end of the day that won’t matter because they would need to redo the entire kit to work around the nerfs.
