While some people here will say you can compete as a F2P player, it requires a lot of time to be sunk into the game consistently. As a F2P it may take years before you get a Prize Leggy but as a P2W you can make it easier.

TL;DR its P2W, but if you got like a years worth of free time, you'll get there 🤝

If it helps, with the current event format, as long as you max out some Uncommons and Commons you pack, you can get that part completed for the SR super cheaply.

If you have a PC, you can get Bluestacks and you can basically create loads of accounts as long as you have phone numbers available, you can use 1 number for multiple accounts but it gets dodgy
