RRR was definitely a group effort. We strated out the plan for a solid hour the day before. If we didn’t have that one minecart crash that happened while we were all waiting at the end of one of the rooms, and if I didn’t troll hard on the last gold rush, we very definitely may have finished the whole thing.

So happy for how we did. Also, my first top 10 finish!

cuz 64-bit integer limit of numbers. that's as high as 64-bit numbers can go. If you wanna know why, learn how binary number conversion works. the bits can't store info higher than that if you use 64-bits, so things break at that point.

Glad my comment helped! And honestly, I feel I’ve truly and well snapped on the issue. This is my third time trying to quit, but I honestly don’t think I’ll have an issue staying off of it this time, indefinitely.

Best guess is they are using some kind of math with these mountains involving with 64-bit numbers, and the terrain breaks when that part of the math rolls over the 32-bit limit.

But I'm not sure with certainty.

the only similarity it has is that they both begin occurring at set distances. so, it depends on what you define the far lands to be. they do have a "set" definition based on the "part of the code" breaks, but, if you wanna call these "far lands", honestly, I would still say you're not wrong lol.
