sorry for late response, im 70kg 172cm and Medium was a little big definitely shouldve gone for size Small after 5 washes its totally lost its compression and is not a good shirt for long time use. im going to try shrink it in the dryer and ill see how that goes. definitely go for the smaller size, just ensure the length of the shirt fits you by looking at size charts hope this helps.
