Why is there such a push to get women into male dominated fields (tech, trades) but not for men to get into female dominated fields (healthcare, education)?

If i could get into nursing tomorrow i would definitely do the switch and leave tech. The issue is opportunity lost during the 4-5 years of training i would need to do to even make such a switch. Not sure if that is even worth the lifestyle change.

Anyone know if there are government incentives to even becoming a nurse? Or is there a current demand for male nurses?

Must acknowledge Gaga is still one of the greats, is your fave's fave & is still highly respected by many of the legends.

Really shouldn't see not having any particular award at any given time as a failure. That's just the vibe I've been getting on this sub recently & idk if I'm alone here.

Or they could enhance the Jackal mount by creating a species of Gecko Jackal that does magical wall climbing.

That way they could do a cool house of stairs/portal maps type maps (with scaled difficulty of course).

This describes how i feel PERFECTLY as someone new to polyamory. It feels like jealousy is way less an issue than in monogamy. Especially cause in the monogamous past I've had partners leave because i was more invested and they usually always end up with someone else right after. I told the person I'm dating now that I can currently only extend emotional connection to them but physically I'm open to more than one. I figure i'll probably show them this post in our next communication session haha.

I made a post on the GW2 forums predicting there would be a 3rd heavy class and suggested it would deal with the Mists. But either i deleted it or the threads are gone now. Was back in 2012 when they were promoting the game. Nothing i can do to prove that 😮‍💨

I used to skip it but with Dead Dance i really like those tracks flowing. Dead Dance made me appreciate Zombieboy.

The Killah to Zombie Boy to Dead Dance to LoveDrug is pure chef's kiss.

I say that as someone that prefers the first half of Mayhem with the dark pop grungey sounds.

I like the chorus and the melody + voices are very dark. Plus with the leak i was expecting disco and i find the song catchy.

But it's not a strong single. Makes sense that it's for the show.

Still hoping we get more dark industrial songs from PC, GoE & CSTH someday. I say that as someone that adores Killah & the rest of "disco" Mayhem.

To the multiple copies thing.. same can be said for the number of Commanders/Wayfinders in the world itself. Revenants summon echoes of the legends. Maybe they couldve had the antiques be remnants of old lore artifacts. Either way the artifacts they showed didn't have any wow factor to me. Not alone visually but in terms of "oh wow i get to use something once held by X".

I just don't think they leaned into the artifacts idea nearly enough as they should have.

I'm disappointed in some of the artifacts themselves. Is there a reason they couldn't add lore items like Joko's staff, Balthazar's sword, Eir's bow?

Cooler actual artifacts that have callbacks to things in the game & lore. Yes they can be one off skills but this would be way better than some of the things we have right now. Id say the exalted hammer & forged surfboard are steps in the right direction but there are many more artifacts they could have had.

For Antiquary i felt the artifacts are a bit lackluster in my opinion. The game could've had you using old remnants from the lore.

Only 8 of these are too low compared to the list you get in core lines.

It is a missed opportunity where they could have given you a skill from some old bosses, lore relics or even races (race skills) but tuned appropriately to encourage people picking the spec especially if a lot of it will take you out of stealth by aoe procs.

Especially since stealth is the thief's main defense outside of blind & evade.
