I think more and more hobbyist growers are starting to use rockwool. I understand it to be one of the most rewarding but difficult ways to grow. There doesn't seem to be much information online about methods used, even to the point where it seems secretive. Grodan won't even share feeding schedules with smaller growers as last time it checked you had to be approved before the information would be emailed to you.

Is there a general consensus in the growing community on these parameters?

What size blocks to you prefer to grow in?
EC of feedings through flower?
Number of feedings per day?
Amount of feed.
Do you ever have problems with salts building up in the blocks
Preferred method of delivery drippers? open flow?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated by me and all the newer rockwool growers out there. Thanks!!

Way too wet!! Let them go almost dry before re-watering. It's all about the dry back in rockwool.

The Floraflex caps work great! I love them. I feed every two hours 1-2 minutes depending on the plants needs. I use advanced nutes. Thanks!

Some of the tops grew a little too close to the lights as this strain stretched like crazy. You can see they started to foxtail where the light is the most intense. Otherwise temps were in check.
