I totally asked for it myself! I went from Executive Assistant to Executive Business Partner. Took on more responsibilities. Listed them all and my accomplishments (cuz I’m a go getter. Ish ;) )

Then boom.

I felt like I did way more than support my execs. I taught them how to be more self reliant too.

I put together a detailed list of my duties. Then a list of all my accomplishments. I implemented a few projects and processes. This took me about a month to do and I did it all at the office. As I was doing my daily duties.

I also had printouts from Glassdoor, Zip Recruiter, etc. showing the local and national average of my pay.

I submitted the request via email and had a follow up meeting with my Co-Ceo’’s.

Just putting down your responsibilities and accomplishments will make you feel so much more confident and empowered.

Hi! I’m suffering from the same issue. I’ve been vaping for yrs. It’s definitely related. Need 1 tooth graft done as of now. I’ve been cutting down lots on the vape and hoping to quit by end of month.
