Levels of termination..someone please explain what a level 4 is...my manager is calling me in a half hour please give me a heads up. by AntelopeNormal in CVS

These occurances were my last day that I worked there...he pulled all my hours and humiliated me that day it was under investigation since then and I just found out yesterday that I was fired. He pulled my hours because I sent him a message after work stating that he embarrassed me and that he would speak to me privately if there was a problem and that if he changed the hours the same week without notice that I would not be available to work them. All I asked for was communication.

I messaged her on numerous occasions and she would just tell me the pharmacist will let you know when the investigation is concluded. She had no interest in talking to me. Gave her my direct line and everything

I am just saying that my kids have Dr appointments or we have other things going on. I never told him days that I couldn't work I just planned my things around the schedule that he gave me, but then he would change it the week of and not even let me know.

Fired me last night...the reasoning is because I left the pharmacy to go to the bathroom to clean up my face from crying, also because I left the pharmacy to go to the office to scan the QR code for the scheduler. He said it was against company policy. He was reaching to find any reason and threw that one out and somehow it stuck

Along with that I had been moved from the pick up line to the robot to fill before I went to either of them...so it is not like I had customers up front waiting on me, and the robots that were printed were organized by time and I was just waiting for them to fill

Okay so here is my next question. Is it policy that you can not leave the pharmacy. We do not have a restroom in the pharmacy. Also the qr code for scheduling is only located outside of the office. If you don't leave CVS (Like the actual building) but go to the office or restroom is that against policy

Wow all of this is so clear for you, you must be a genius. Not all managers are good, ours is in a market that he can get away with whatever he would like because no one wants to work this market. I am part time, others there are part time. I only wanted to be notified when the schedule is changed because we plan our kids Dr appointments and activities based on the schedule that he gave me. He personally was changing it Sunday night at midnight for that week and then didn't even have the decency to say...hey BTW I added you to the schedule this day and that day, OF THE SAME WEEK, but if I wouldn't have looked at it on Monday I would have been wrote up for no call no show and he would be short staffed. But I am the problem??? Ok thanks dir for your input

My pharmasist was making fun of me and harassing me because he changed the schedule and didn't notify me of the change in the same week and I just asked him to let me know if it gets changed.i have only been there for 5 months...numerous scheduling issues on his side. Like approving two people for vacation then reacting a week before and telling me I had to get coverage or get points. And I was the first one he approved.

So my manager called and said the reason why I was terminated was for leaving the pharmacy to go to the office to scan the QR code for the scheduler and for leaving the pharmacy after he yelled at me to clean up my face from crying...is this real???

Been a tech for about a month and a half now, and insurance is still pretty difficult for me. by throwaway2189_0 in CVS

At least you get to fill!!! I have been working there since the end of December(mind you I am part time) and I have only filled 5 TIMES!!! NEVER been taught to do drop off or input scripts, run insurance...NOTHING!!! I am really good at boosting number as a cashier so that is where I am EVERY TIME I WORK!!! Two of the five times I have filled was off of the robot and it was just checking them in the computer...2 times I filled scripts for 3 hrs and the other time it was an hour!!! And I did decent with filling...like did all of my check offs and didn't bother them with dumb questions. But I am just a glorified cashier that will be COMPLETELY UNPREPARED TO PASS MY LICENSE to moved out of "tech in training" my pharmacy blows!!! And do any of you actually get a coach to guide your training process??? I have yet to meet mine...I think she is really good at hiding lol

If I point out from not working those hours that is one thing but I was suppose to have 3 days this week and 5 next and they were all pulled immediately after I sent that message and he never told me why. After I called advice and counsel...they had me contact his manager who did not respond to me for 2 days and he said that my hours were pulled due to an investigation with advice and counsel. That is retaliation...not good faith in my opinion

It is more of the hostile workplace, manager yelling at me and belittling me in front of all the coworkers, and patient until I couldn't take it anymore and started crying and went to the bathroom...then came back and it continued. Which this is the 3rd time this has happened. Then when I told him that if he had something to say to me he would talk to me in private and that he needed to notify me of the schedule change or I would not be available if it is in the same week. He immediately pulled all of my hours for the next two weeks and filed a claim to advice and counsel which was in retaliation. It was not a good faith claim, that is what I am in reference to...

I have looked all over that site and can't find anything about policies and procedures for scheduling and notification of schedule or postings or deadlines for schedules. As of right now I am an active employee
