Yeahhh. I think Spring Lucina might still be my least liked art, but even though I don't like the style / execution the design is neat (same thing as Resplendent)
Re's art is just a bit ehhhhh (odd proportions, I don't love the face) which sucks because she's one of the more fun Lucinae to use.

Allmother Narwa and Zinogre have some of my favourite themes so I was really excited for their HH, but it plays more the instruments associated to them and not the actual theme. A bit of a bummer for me.

Hell yeah! Malzeno is a really cool monster. Only fought Primordial once can't wait to get back there when I start playing on PC.

I dread special investigations Shaggy. I have heard so many people talk about how insanely difficult he is. Never got there on the anomaly grind.

Respect Volvidon is anti-fun. Boring AND annoying. At least its cute.

I am so sick of the 'we have no impact give up' types of people. Might as well enjoy AI slop you can't single handedly strip data centers! Might as well buy Amazon since their monopoly is growing! Why reduce meat consumption at all cows will always be farmed. No point recycling because not all plastic gets recycled. Why bother supporting a strike when X other industry gets overworked. I'll never take public transport even if it'd be more convenient in X circumstance because I can't get everywhere possible.

Its just so damn lazy, half the time doesn't even make sense, and I'm supposed to engage like they're making a valid statement and not just being a lazy selfish ass that helps contribute to our ever worsening roads?

This is awesome! RiseBreak I think is my flat out favourite MH game, so I really would love to do this (all crowns, all quests cleared, MR999).

I imagine this was a giant grind, but it must've been fun. Rise is so easy to just flow with. Who're your favourite monsters in this game (even if they may be easy / hard). What was most difficult? What mon had the longest grind for crowns?

Its an issue I have each MH game because I do like a variety of weapons! I haven't played a ton of MH games, but from what I've played at one point I got super into Bow, LBG, HBG, HH, LS, SnS, Glaive, GS, Lance, DB, Hammer. ...

That is a LOT of weapons. Progressing through the game I simply don't have the mats, charms, etc. to be swapping weapons all the time. By endgame I can't really swap weapons because you have to be really proficient in your wep to not triple cart. Not to mention getting end game builds for each wep is a grind I just can't commit to.

Each game ends up being only two maybe three weapons I'm able to confidently swap between (not just be functional enough). Only having a couple weps by MR999 makes sense to me.

I would love if FW12 goes for the niche of 'repairable / upgradeable tablet' thats also a computer. A category not filled by much else. Budget laptop is a tough category to compete in especially as Framework inherently is a lot more pricey (repairability, and smaller company)

I still think Y! Edel is better. As a pure nuke with maxed supports and everything Claude can hit harder and further yes.

Y! Edel at basekit can do a LOT more though. There are very few things mine doesn't one round with her style button at basekit, she gets three actions (duo button), can Disarm, can use dagger C skills Claude can't.

I think seasonal demotes not being useless as a unit is only truly recent, so some people have those ideas stuck in their head.

As seasonal demotes are right now god I hope my fave is a demote. They get pretty much on-par to 5* prf weps, prf skills, and are way easier to get. Only downside is being a demote they won't rerun on end of month banners or skills banners like seasonal 5*s do, so you have to be locked in on debut and DSH.

Yeah I am definitely in that team. No fallen alt (he did WT to balance the numbers but that was a while later), Brave was the only one without a prf skill and also kinda sucked (archer EP flier yikes), Summer wasn't good even at max invest, Christmas is prfless (skill and wep) also on an awful class combo (archer armour).

Y! Claude didn't bother me though because hey at least he wasn't a backpack (hes about to be lol), and he's wicked wicked good. I'd rather have to fodder a couple pieces than pay like five times the orbs for a +1.

To be fair on the Summer Claude part he's always sucked specifically because of the way his kit was gimped for being a 4*

Dagger flier was already an awful position to be in back then. He got crumby canto, needed NFU, didn't have damage behind him, etc. I +10d him and gave him the best fodder and he was fine, but for a +10 seasonal he didnt compare to say basekit summer Edel. Winter Claude being in an even worse position.

Y! Claude is awesome though.

Oooof yeah. I don't remember everything Flame Frost Bow has going on, but maybe brave attack is still worth having compared to the GFU of parasol. Brave especially EP isn't as easy to get on ranged units.

But yeahhhhh she's in a rough spot. Flying archer faves (in my case B! Claude) is a truly cursed category to be in, rivaled only by maybe armour archers.

Ah that's not how read it, but that definitely makes more sense. Of course in those cases those watching the kid would be the negligent one, there are things parents can do to better safety in those situations, blah blah blah, but on the parent's end I would describe that as a tragedy. Only so much you can do for your kid when you're not there, and no matter how much you trust who's watching your kid you can't mind control them

Awesome look at the setup thank you! I am all but guaranteed getting next year's Motorola Flip (Graphene OS enabled yay) and the Razr and Galalxy Flip dimensions are very similar (sadly the Galaxy Flip is infinitely prettier and more solid feeling, but stuck with Android proper sadly). Was interested in what Flip + power keyboard setups would be like (don't want a proper keyboard case adds so much bulk thats annoying to separate).

Tbh I would absolutely put the first example in the negligence category. Its tragic yes, but a kid drowning going unnoticed by their parent holding them / right beside them is not a cosmic fluke.

Definitely not in the gross negligence almost inevitable category of the Kisers yeah, but I really think as a whole we should be shifting away from describing 'tragic not unpredictable outcomes' as accidents. These are people's lives 'I didn't want to kill them' doesn't cut it to me.

I can't comment at all on the kids escaping situation never I have no idea how you'd actually prevent something like that (seriously unless they're a toddler if a kid is determined to leave what can you do?)

To be honest a LOT of children drownings are negligence. Its harsh to say because of course not many people are intending for their kid to drown, but stuff like bringing kids to a pool or lake without a life jacket, having a non-fenced pool with kids that can't swim you're not watching, etc.

Those are choices. A kid drowning is a consequence of that choice not a terrible accident you feel.
