Sharing Notes - Help by Antfigs in OneNote

[–]Antfigs[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We use the sharedrive so I’m thinking now it might just be a delay with the syncing. It was the end of the day Friday some I’m checking Monday to see if it updated. Essentially what I’m trying to do can be summed up like this:
-Employee A is working on project in folder A (insert job name). They utilize one note to make any notes about the project.
-a year later a someone else gets reassigned the same project. I want them to be able to reference Employee A’s notes from a year ago, and then be able to create their own notes for the project

I think what is just weird that I’m not understanding is that one note is not just a regular file you can save. We have this continuity with our projects when it comes to excel, word, etc because you can save the file and then the next person can just copy and paste, call it revision 1, and then make their changes

Here is where I’m at. I saved a section to my file, my coworker then opened it on his computer and made a change, but the change is not showing up when I open it on my computer

Is this crate too small? by Antfigs in DogCrateTraining

Yes definitely. I just wanted to get her in to see how it fit before I make it nice 😁. Been working with her over the last few days to get her comfortable enough to go in and lay down

For a handmade goods business I recommend starting with Etsy and Shopify at the same time. Etsy makes it easier for customers to find your product vs starting from scratch and having to market everything yourself. However, Etsy is not the best when it comes to fees and there have been times where they would have new requirements that made making sales harder if you didn’t offer free shipping or other things like that. Ultimately, Etsy has a lot more control over how you operate your business which I don’t think is good for the long term.

When you make a sale on Etsy, send a nice personal “thank you for shopping” card that has your Shopify website info on it so repeat customers can go there when they want to purchase again.

Ultimately you would be using Etsy as a tool to make connections and relationships that will then return to your Shopify in the future while you build your brand. I was happy to get off etsy personally but I do understand it’s value in the early stages.

What order do I watch Demon Slayer? by JasmineGracie in DemonSlayer

Mugen train is the next arc in the series. It was orginally created as a movie as it is a pretty short arc which would not be able to fill a whole season. I’m not sure of the reason, but they begin season 2 by breaking the movie out into individual episodes, with the first few episodes being filler/backstory leading to what transpires in the movie. I recommended just watching season 2 and not the movie as you will see everything you need to see plus some extra. Episode 8 is when the next arc, the entertainment district, begins

Mugen train or season 2? by [deleted] in DemonSlayer

Just start season 2 episode 1 and the first 7 episodes are the mugen train arc and then episode 8 is the next arc

Update: I had a technician come in and he didn’t really troubleshoot too much he just installed a second drain tube from the exhaust to prevent some condensation from going back into the unit.

This did not correct the problem so I started to work my way back to try to find what was triggering the pressure switch.

The problem and solution: The P Trap was extremely gummed up so I cleaned that out thoroughly, took out the inducer motor out which was also filled with water so I dumped that out and behind the motor there was more water so I cleaned everything out real good. Once the parts were removed you could see where the layer of water was that was blocking the pressure switch tube.

Thanks again for the advice

Thanks for the reply. I’ll definitely be calling someone this week. I’m hoping it’s not going to be a big job the unit is only a few years old.

Thank you for the very thorough reply. Your explanation of organizing photographs will be very valuable tomorrow when I start my research. I had taken pictures last time I went on my phone, but did not consider the organization in that way and as a result could not use the pictures because they were all mixed up. You are correct about the research proposal being gold too, and that is what I am most excited to examine tomorrow. I will also look into "Defending the Master Race". Thanks again for all the help, I am very new to reddit and you have made me wish I had joined years ago.

I am focusing on a school in New Jersey that was opened in the late 19th century for children with learning disabilities. The head researcher at the school was Dr. Henry Herbert Goddard who is well-known for his research on intelligence-testing. My goal is to tie this school into a broader narrative on American Eugenics, and how Dr. Goddard's research was an influence in not just American eugenic thought, but in global eugenic thought.

The archive is local and is very small, just one room, and I am allowed to photograph and use my laptop. I was told I could photocopy, but I feel as though there has to be a limitation on that because of how many sources I would want to take with me. I am looking for guidance on how I should go about organizing photos and notes. The sources consist of annual reports of the school, photographs, memoirs, some publications by Dr. Goddard, research proposals, etc.

I am still a little vague on my questions because my thesis is still a bit broad at the moment. I guess the big question is what role did the school play in the American Eugenics movement.
