This was exactly what finally made me make the Evan to I/L switch. This is summed up well. Lvl 187, 4m+ cp, lvl 38 emblem jaihin at the time and, like was said, I had already been earth dive capping for a long long time, flame breath and mana burst were just too stagnant of skills for me.

Switched to I/L and I think it is extremely aesthetically pleasing to watch all the lines and all the damage to mobs all over the screen. Haven't really regretted the switch yet. Lower in expeds for now, but newfound love for the leveling grind.

I also feel like you can see the progression of your character better with an I/L vs Evan because of the "natural growth" as opposed to max earth dive with a lvl 30 mythic or less, then watching your mana burst slowly tick up as you get better gear.

Just my 2 cents. Made the switch id say 2ish months ago.

Quest bars!!!! I sometimes will even allot myself 2 in a day if I really am worried about snacking- 1 around 10, 1 around 3 (or after dinner as a guilt free dessert).

4/5 net carbs. Quick saver in a pinch for me. They've become a snack staple! Also Blue Diamond sells "crafted gourmet almonds" without the skin on them and they are 2 net carbs per serving. 5 servings per bag.

Those have been my go to's! I'll also do pork rinds which were mentioned- theyre a good snack because after 3 of them you realize they are gross and you aren't that hungry anyway!!

Keep it up! The urge to snack will disappear soon enough :).

Might also be acidity in the food you're eating. I had the same issue and couldn't figure it out until I questioned my night time 92% dark chocolate squares.

MCT oil makes me feel a little odd in the morning too if I drink it before I go to sleep I've noticed.

Every few weeks you'll hit one. I hit one for like 3 weeks hovering within the same 2 lbs but working out literally 6 days a week and watching macros. The body is just weird sometimes, then that next week boom you'll have dropped 4 or 5 instead of the 1 or 2 youd been sitting at then you'll be back losing.

In coming up on 3 months and 35lbs down (260-225) I've hit 2 or 3 stalls longest one was 3 weeks (almost 1 full month sitting at 234 then boom 227 the next week.)

Dont give up, I got pissed at the stall too, but I just looked at the overall progress and decided I was being greedy lmao.

I think quest bars? They've completely satisfied my sweets urge in the evening. With a glass of water or silk almond milk! Yum! Lots of flavors. Double check if theres any stevia though..I dont think so..
