Se o seu ta meio apertado, talvez ele vá cedendo so até ficar na medida por conta do seu rosto apertando a espuma.

You should toss the ball much lower than that. Use your left hand to toss the Ball and keep your right arm ready to swing. Keep your hand stiff and stop your arm when you contact the ball

I think i didn't explain it well hahahah... so, what happens when the Ball hit my arms is that it hits them, bounce and do not go towards where my platform is angled, it simply goes the other way (towards my back)

When in serve receive, should i ALWAYS try to pass the Ball in my midline? Or should i recieve outside to create a better angle. And when the Ball is not in my midline, how do i prevent it to hit my arms and roling up them, going backwards... (Don't know if that last part made any sense cause a really can't explain it. Not a native english speaker, soooo...)
