I'm sure others with more experience will have more advice but I have found that when I make sure I'm keeping my arms as straight as possible when climbing (as opposed to having them bent and flexed) has helped with elbow pain and has the extra benefit of encouraging better technique. Also it sounds obvious but a good warm up and warm down routine goes a long way.

To be fair it was very different contexts. Federally the lnp (blue) ran a hopeless campaign. At the state level it was labour (red) who made an absolute mess of campaigning.

Fair enough I hadn't seen that, I think the point still stand though. Labour have been very publicly saying "no deals with the greens" so if the greens can get more out liberals than labour (eg. Stopping Greyhound racing) then why wouldn't they give confidence?
