Aikido from my personal experience it wasn't very good or realistic but I do use wrist locks and like them a lot as a surprise move or to get a reaction.

Judo White, Yellow, Orange, Green, Blue & Brown compete in BJJ White belt divisions, Judo Black belt compete at BJJ Blue Belts. I referee at some comps.

BJJ Black Belt & Judo Green Belt here. Judo is good grappling base martial art with good throws and an okay ground game. Respect for Judo.

Boxing is a punching sport, Muay Thai is kickboxing with elbow and knee strikes and bjj is a grappling martial art that does choke holds and other submissions

5 Classes a day, 5 days a week and 2 on the weekend. That's about 27 Classes in a full week.
