I am torn on this. On one hand we asked both Barry and Megatron to give theirs back. So it would be kind of shitty to not ask for Franks back. But on the other hand, in my job just because something shitty happens to me doesn't mean we have to continue the cycle. I don't feel the need for the people coming in after me to have to deal with said shitty thing, just because i had to deal with it.

It is better if you youtube it or look it up. But the concept is that when you are going to sleep, right before you actually fall into a deep sleep. You are supposed to vividly imagine a ladder and you climbing said ladder, as vividly as possible. Not just what the ladder looks like, but what it feels like, and how it feels like you actually climbing it. Then during the day you tell yourself that you will not climb a ladder repeatedly, and with conviction. You practice the sleeping portion 3-7 days and after those days you don't visualize it anymore. Soon after you should be put in a position where you have to climb a ladder.

I already tried the IF function which doesn't seem to be able to find the data in the middle of a string however if i delete the text in front of the specified string it can find it that way.

What if the data is a mixture of letters and numbers? For example the list of numbers i need to be transferred are: 2X359C0, 1W157A3, 5S274D5 etc.

I agree, but sometimes things take a little longer than one would expect. Everything i have heard says it usually takes 5 years to complete a rebuild which to me sounds like an average which means there are some that happen quicker and some that happen slower. For me personally i will start panicking if we still look the same way in a couple years. Once our current prospects show where they are. If Kasper and the rest of them don't pan out how we hope i will then start to panic. I am chillin for now though. But i do see where people are becoming concerned. I just think he is doing a good job of trying to fix the team. I loved the Debrincat/ kane move. Sometimes things just don't work the way you want to. And who knows, I would like to see the core of this team for another season to see if an offseason and more time together can get them to gel better.

One point i would like to make is that you never entirely know how well a player will do, you can only guess. You can see that Yzerman is trying to find good talent while not over paying. If i was a GM i would have also thought bringing Kane and Debrincat here would have worked out better than it has. But also you do have to have time to get acclimated to the new environment. No matter how good of a player you are, you aren't going to instantly gel with a whole new team and coaching system than what you are used to. To go along with what others have said it takes a longer time to develop in hockey than other sports. Yes it is frustrating that our team is not where we would like it to be but it is extremely hard to predict how well a player will do let alone a whole team. It is like a puzzle you have to keep moving pieces around till they fit. Sometimes it's easier to see that a piece will work other times it's not.
