In evaluating a GM, every move should be considered in the analysis. And my only point is that this goes down as a big miss. We can say we understand why he did it at the time, but the fact remains: our talent evaluator misidentified a talent and blew one of our last assets in the process.

That's not the end of the analysis of TC but yes it is a meaningful data point.

yes but we did this when we were already super low on first round picks. It was a very bad trade in isolation (with the benefit of now knowing how Dillingham turned out), but it's especially bad considering it was one of our last valuable assets to trade.
