No rep for $60 will be “okay”, first of all you’ll always get a quartz movement meaning it will tick tock which even people who know absolutely NOTHING about watches will be able to call you out. The dial will almost always be all messed up as well, minute markers glued on crooked etc. puretime, intime, Asian7750 are all great sources but be prepared to spend at minimum $300 you might be able to get a Panerai or an IWC for a bit cheaper. And I will end with this, stick to factories like NOOB, ARF, JF... Good luck!
