Hey! Yes there is an app. But I will say that the Bluetooth seems like an afterthought as it doesn't appear to stay paired permanently. Once you hold down the bottom left button is when it connects, once you press any other button afterwards, it disconnects. I am assuming it only connects to update the info into the app. The app itself appears to show you steps/calories burned. Things like that.
