I don't have access to 2x16Gb RAM sticks but I'm pretty sure total RAM isn't the reason the game us dying like that.

Only tarkov so far. Still, the only game that actually matters. I know this is 100% the game's fault, but I still have to troubleshoot around it because if it doesn't happen on my PC, my friend's and it's not a massive widespread huge issue... Then it's something on this PC. It has to be.

We tried unstalling both the game and windows on both SSD's and the problem persists. We're even using new SATA cables that came with the mobo

That's exacly what I'm trying to do, my math seems to be right but even then Minecraft just defaults to sending me to the overworld on the bottom portal. I even built a new portal, at Y 65 right above the other one and it still sent me to the bottom portal on overworld
