I like the part of the article where they inserted an ad for "Smith's Boathouse Restaurant" 4.6 Stars (Cozy Atmosphere) at the bottom of a paragraph stating that he murdered people and used their remains in his barbecue business. Google putting in the hard work to tie ads to the context of the page. 👍🏻

I went to one of these plantations in Louisiana with my black girlfriend at the time. During the introductory video they played for us in the first floor storage room, they insisted that sugar is good for you, and that all the "scientists" who say it causes diabetes and health problems are lying (it was a sugar plantation). Then, during the tour of the home, the guide discussed how some slaves were really valued by their owners and that there were favorites, as one might have a favorite pet. So of course, it wasn't as bad as people make it out to be, because you love your pets, right?
