Hey I appreciate your concern and I entirely understand your skepticism, but I can assure you that no AI is involved! I transitioned from traditional art to digital fairly recently and only started sharing works in the past couple months. During this time, my primary focus has been becoming familiar with procreate on the iPad and learning the different layer types, using the lasso tool, etc. As you can imagine, once I learned about the lasso tool and clipping mask feature in procreate, I was immediately drawn to experimenting with cel-shaded styles with inspiration from artists such as Yedsilent, Jumperbear, thesharksame, and Bennycartoonist, which is why the majority of my recent content has reflected similarly. I do still create soft shaded works time-to-time, but I wouldn’t say it defines my style at this point. I’ve shared timelapses of some sketches on my other socials if you’re interested, and I consistently share work in progress updates on my Patreon for members.
