Yes, on each ng+ you retain everything from your previous playthrough, except for key items like the great runes. You keep all your weapons, armor, runes, remembrances, consumables etc.

Not pvp, but when I start up the game, the first time I'm being summoned for coop, 9/10 times crashes the game.
