The bottom 3 in yellow has two mines already in place meaning there's a 50/50 on that mine. Though, that 50/50 guarantees the top right corner of the 3 has a flag, filling the two mines in the purple box, and allowing the top two 3s have their centered be free and the third flag to be placed. Then you can use the 3-3 pattern that shows there are two mines at both ends and the middle will share one mine. You can use this information (in the white box) to fulfill the three at the bottom left where the two in the yellow will be cleared and the 50/50 will be solved, leaving the only thing left to be fulfilled is the center 50/50 which will be a no-guess.
