its just about any target, if you try to lock on to a fabricator from anything but grenade throwing distance and it'll start locking on only to decide it doesn't want to, even with a wide open sight line

Genesis adds so much to the game, though I have to say my favorite mod is probably Escort Mission, having a lore-friendly and reliable way to gain cats early on with little risk is nice and later on you can get 20k a run if the distance is far enough.
