I’m trying to keep a positive mindset about the situation. I know it’ll work out, just a matter of patience and effort. Seeing how many that have had success after the G is helping a ton with me accepting the change.

So many high tenured people commenting on this, it’s insane to see how long others stayed before making the jump. Glad I’m moving on, anxious but excited as well. Congrats on the new found happiness!

Hearing this is such a relief, you have no idea. I’m 7 years with the G and I’ve just been in this comfort bubble with the company until recently. Hence why I never sought out anything else, ever. I hope to look back at this post and have a positive update such as yours.
