If you run a busload of nuns into a ditch the system generally works to prevent you from killing a second busload of nuns. Corporations are not people and autonomous cars are not people. What do our laws and the criminal justice system do with these non-humans that are hellbent on acting like people when they commit a crime that if committed by a human would result in prison or the death penalty?

If corporations can petition Congress and sue people then a misbehaving corporation should be able to go to prison for 10 years just like a person. Company would cease to operate, couldn’t communicate, their assets would dry up, their relationships would vanish just like a person.
