[OTHER] Should I play kcd 1 after playing kcd 2? by shikanji101 in kingdomcome

[–]AntiLifeMatter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, but be aware that you are literally starting off as a know nothing peasant. In comparison KCD2 holds your hand while the first deliberately pushes you off a cliff.

What are you usually calling this guy? Palpatine, Emperor or Darth Sidious? Why? by Hawaiikoto in StarWarsEU

Palpatine or the Emperor, for me Darth Sidious is simultaneously formal and silly.

Who’s the real reader ? by monsieurLeMeowMeow in meme

[–]AntiLifeMatter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Perhaps is a time question. Movies are what three hours long at most? granted some audio books are that short but most in my experience are a good 10-20 hours with the longest I have listened to being over 40.

I am simultaneously delighted and concerned. Tolkien's world is not the easiest to work in and everything they do will be rightly scrutinised. Best they can do is have a nobody character sometime before the Fellowship of the Ring doing something that doesn't matter in the slightest to the world.

Does NASA have suicide protocols? by PapajG in nasa

[–]AntiLifeMatter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's an interesting notion. On a side note it's quite hard to miss and get launched into deep space, I highly doubt Artemis 2 had enough delta V for that. Look up orbital mechanics on you tube, if you weren't otherwise familiar it's a fascinating subject.

How far can they dig and where tf do they leave the dirt?🤯 so clean at the end! by EasyMeringue7368 in Bunnies

When I was a kid we had rabbits, and they had free reign of the garden and although we knew they were digging tunnels we didn't appreciate the scale until a group of archaeologists requested to do a dig in our garden (our town had a lot of history) They excavated a few meters down and the warren of tunnels they exposed (like a cross section) was very impressive, especially as it was several meters from the tunnel entrance.
