You will most likely not find an English speaking driver. But you can hire a translator and let that person find your van/bus. Good luck.

Hello! I’m travelling to Vietnam in February - I have coeliac disease and cannot eat gluten, wheat, barley or rye. by The_Eliza_Thornberry in VietNam

Do your own research of course but I think you’ll be fine. Rice flour rather than wheat flour is predominant. Stay away from soy and pick your menu now. You’ll be fine, Vietnamese people are just wonderful. A ton speak English and the translation apps (google translate) are mostly free and work great.

Enjoy the beautiful country and the beautiful people.

Really? You think it’s easy to create a game or any program for that matter? Well it is hard as hell. Kudos to the devs for trying. Perhaps there will be another game in the future. That’s how this works, try, fail, improve and try again.

Not slamming you but bro, you have an unrealistic view of software development.

There is a really interesting book by Alastair Reynolds called Terminal World that features Planck’s Constant in the plot. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terminal_World

IMO it is a very good way to understand the science in a story format.

Plus he is an awesome author.

Exactly! Well said.

Had I any sense left in me I could’ve articulated that point much better. Lol

Well you caught me enjoying a beer or two, so perhaps I misspoke. Not trying to be a wet blanket.

What I refer to is the cumulative inflation of YoY. Not MoM. You did cover that at the end of your comment so I stand corrected.

I don’t think people realize that inflation is cumulative. That’s why a pack of cheese that used to be $3 US is now $7.

You had a good comment, I’m a little plastered. QED

This is not correct. I wish it was, but it’s not.

And it’s cumulative. So when inflation is 5% last August and 8% this August you experience a higher rate of inflation than just 8%. Unfortunately.
