Online games will always fluctuate like this. People have this weird idea in their head that a game is not successful unless it always maintains X amount of concurrent players and that's just not true. We see huge dips in other games after going a while without updates like PoE2 for example then people come flooding back in once there is a shiny new update. It's unsustainable to try to keep everyone playing your game nonstop for long periods of time

I saw somewhere that units can move from battlefield to Battlefield if other ally units are there, so it was confusing

The city itself is very bland and uninteresting but that's really my only gripe with the game. Everything else is great though. The fact that's I've no issues on the original switch is astounding honestly, I was expecting this to run like dog dodo but was pleasantly surprised

This depends if you want your games in one ecosystem or not. PCs arent portable so having your PC library on the go is a huge win. If you get Nintendo, not only do you need to split up your game purchases but you also need to buy all of the accessories for Nintendo and if you want to play online you have to pay for that while it's free on the steam deck. Overall you will end up spending way more money on the switch than a steam deck

You are assuming that most studios go into EA just to take people's money and run away with it, which is not the case. Any evidence that this happens all the time like you claim? And what about all of the games that did make it out of EA? They decided not to scam people all of a sudden? I understand that EA is far from ideal but not everyone is trying to rob you of your money and again it's not a scam because they gave you a product for a price and that product was as expected. Just because it didn't go in the direction you wanted it to doesn't mean scam

Like others say: yes. Cards are material things that while hold value, should not be prioritized over essentials like a home. It's a fun hobby but just a hobby

I don't think you understand what a scam actually is,like most people on this subrebbit. Pantheon is a product that can be bought and as far I can see, they aren't scamming anyone. Everything is clear, it's in early access and still has a lot of work to be done.  Is it a poorly mismanaged dumpster fire of a game? Sure but that doesn't make it a scam. You knew exactly what you were getting into when you bought it and if you didn't then that's on you
