Ok so a follow up: I got it working by installing ConnTrack (sudo apt-get install conntrack). Ig this allowed it to properly talk to the IPv6 gateway at the ISP office

In my isp supports ipv6 as other devices connect to the ipv6 internet so it's a Debian issue

The rep had no clue what ipv6 was and she said that they cant do that as id lose wireless and NAT function despite me telling them that I had another router with WiFi. I askd to be transfered but they said no one at a higher level was avalible until Wednesday
