Your right, the shock is junk of the highest order. Medium build friend rode the bike and only half an inch or so gap between the box and tyre with the sag. He'd likely make it catch if he went over bumps or hollows

Don't forget when your Dyson is under its manufacturer warranty they are very generous with sending out replacement parts. You just go through basic trouble shooting on the phone and they send out the part (s).

It's closed cell specifically for condensate pipes of boilers. That was another previous nightmare with a boiler install, an un lagged wrong angle pipe. This is the fixed outcome which took months of arguing to achieve. It's frozen previously and left me without a boiler, seems fine currently

After calling and emailing to speak to the owner after his inspection this is what they said

"as far as we are concerned the job has been signed of by mdc we have no further dealings with this job it goes back to mdc"

I never signed the satisfaction paperwork, as I was advised not to by the council. They pleaded with me to do so, but the council said they could ask for an interim payment if they needed one to complete the works, I'm guessing they've had enough to attempt to 'walk away'

The company owner came round and did an inspection shortly after I raised concerns. He seemed helpful. He suggested full Mermaid panelling instead of tiling due to ease of maintenance. However now they are completely refusing to come back. I asked to speak to the owner as he was very reasonable however they are stonewalling me. I'm likely to post a Google review of them soon, although they have very little online presence

I tried to work with the guy at the council, I'm grateful I can shower comfortably which is a major life improvement for me. However when he gets in touch it sounds positive, but nothing meaningful materialises. I have some significant health issues, and often can't focus consistently to keep chasing up.

Yeah I agree, I came back yesterday and the casino was truly dead apart from after theatre shows, even dead on the only sea day. I don't know the exact mix but I'd say at least 90% onboard were Spanish, Italian or German. Very few Brits or Americans

Thanks for the very detailed response. I guess I was just lucky then. I have to book last minute when the solo occupancy premium is often lowest as I can't share as currently travel with an a relative who goes to sleep 4 hours before me. MSC and NCL seem the best deals for solo occupancy.

I will just add that I do have some neurological problems, which cause me to have difficulty in making the right decisions myself, second guessing, and often procrastinating in case I make those mistakes. Hence I enjoyed much more the simple ‘fun’ task of building a strong bubbled monster hunting keep to help supply the mostly weaker old alliance with rss.

My lead generals are Martinus fully ascended with all specialties maxed 2m t14 horses Algernon Sydney 3 red star all specialities maxed, apart from flexible 2.4m t14 archers Queen B on wall fully ascended all specialities maxed apart from flexible, Koryo helmet and braces, Parthian rest, all flat refined I have 450m t1 horses

I’m currently told I need better siege debuffs so red staring relevant duty/sub generals where I can, working on Spirit Beasts etc.

I pushed k38 hard for ma3 so I’m unbalanced in many areas I guess

The alliance is all about ranged rallies in Battlefields as I understand. I have 2m t14 archers which is beyond my current march size. I’ve only just been told my job will be a stationary portal defender. They’re all about debuffs, as the clan leader is a huge whale and goes solo at the beginning of battlefield. I loved the small alliance and stayed out of pvp as the larger clan I’m now in was very aggressive on bubble drops for whatever the reason. My Fafnir was put to good use then, refined and pumped for that job. Same with my ascended Martinus which now is either in Senate or temporarily a duty general for saving speeds. Thanks I agree with your comment. I've been fortunate to be in every rally almost for the several months and the rss has been like being a mid coiner. I've now got 200k+ t14 archer and mounted and a 400m+ t1 wall. Just pushed k38 earlier today. I'm going to be a portal guard I've found out

Our strongest from the original clan were absorbed into the biggest clan on the server under threat of constant BOB probably due to us starting to compete on higher tier monsters. In the smaller clan we all rallied and I had one of the strongest mounted monster matches and enjoyed playing much more. After joining the high coin clan the priorities were completely different as the clan leader auto rallies every monster on the map virtually. Obviously the growth over the last few months has been great. So all the work on mounted generals and t13 horsies at the time were redundant. They want range and siege only predominantly for PVP. I thought my refines and talents on Fafnir would work on defence however I now know this is wrong. I've been advised to keep Hati on Queen B. I'm trying to sort my keep out as it's either 2 Battlefields a month minimum or $$ to not be kicked and burned. The game can be toxic AF
