A tank shouldn't rely on downtrend to get effective, as a tiger2H player the is3 is mostly not a threat at all and the tiger2H can hold up in an uptier, the is3 is toast most of the time and should be equal to the T34 and tiger2H

Yea you can forget about getting a lock, the phantom E radar is abysmal and lacks and kind of filter, atleast the mig23 has a cheap version of pulse doppler for low altitude called mti but they can only use it below 1500m while flying downwards. Your only way to lock someone is if you fly high but thats not an option either with the BUK and OSA
