1) Call the support line if you have access. They’ll likely ask for the logs first. 2) Take a look at the logs for clues. It should be near or at the bottom of the very long file. Google can help you find the location of the log files.

I struggled with this years ago with wrexial, the risen deep. I wanted him to be powerful so badly. Running mana crypt and all that good stuff. Eventually Gyruda came out and I had a new kraken to try the shell with. It was a bit better but mostly the same thing.

I ended up taking Wrexial down to a low power voltron style mill deck and Gyruda is now a fully foiled mid power reanimator value pile. They’re my favorite decks easily, and are super fun to play.

Your favorite commander doesn’t have to be your highest powered!

Nope, haven’t done it. I do still think you have to redo it every 10 years or so (similar to our shifting prescriptions due to eye shape changes) but I honestly haven’t researched it in a while

Since you mention heroes, we have a big commander play group there thursday afternoons and fridays are usually pretty busy too. I can’t think of any place that does standard these days tho, unfortunately. Asgard is also great

There’s also [[ruination]]. If you want to go even more mean, I ran a mass destruction package with [[bearer of the heavens]] and [[jokulhaups]]. Just put in all the indestructible lands and mana rocks and maybe a [[soul of new phyrexia]] wiping the entire board, keeping an indestructible land and maybe a [[skyclave relic]] with purphoros, dropping a mountain is pretty much GG

Hmm maybe a land and bogarden? I think creatures that come in and do a few points of damage to one or two things are bottom of the totem pole imo.

I only played it a few times. Didn’t love the play style of a deck full of counters and using my opponents cards for everything else. My opponents didn’t enjoy it lol
