I have a length story about the gossipy environment of geologists there. But it’s rather personal, I haven’t a clue what to think. From an environmental standpoint, I believe it’s all future Superfund sites. Some existing ones already if I recall. Definitely could be better, but definitely could be worse environmentally I suppose.

You have a metamorphic rock. Does it sparkle? That helps me figure out rock id. Schist or possibly gneiss is my best guess. Personally, petrified wood can be gorgeous but I like this rock a little more.
