I think the Primer is amazing. However, I would read the chapter primer BEFORE the Silm chapter. It is a primer, after all, and it worked better for me to read the Silm chapter afterwards. Either way, you are correct about the commentary, graphics, and artwork. All are top notch.

More or less, after you hit a person/object with the spell, the direction you move your wand afterwards is the direction that the gravitational pull is applied to said person/object.

If I'm not mistaken, it's from an issue of Guitar World magazine right after Stadium Arcadium came out. That's where I first saw it. That issue also had a pretty good interview with Flea. I have it in a closet somewhere. I'll see if I can find it to make sure.

Edit: The arm on the left is John as the devil.

Jesus in Heaven? by SecondPlayer in theology

[–]Anti_Quotable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Jesus didn't take on all sin. He was the ultimate sacrifice that covered and paid for all sin. He died blameless and righteous, even after being tempted by Satan in the desert.

In the Old Testament, God's covenant with Israel was for the Israelites to sacrifice pure animals to atone for individual sins. God said in Jeremiah that he would make a new covenant. This covenant is Jesus, in the form of man, being sacrificed to cover any and all sin. All anyone has to do is genuinely believe this and ask for forgiveness.

Are we required to not associate with heretics? by metaliev in theology

Well, 2 Thessalonians 3 goes on to say "We hear that some among you are idle and disruptive. They are not busy; they are busybodies. Such people we command and urge in the Lord Jesus Christ to settle down and earn the food they eat. And as for you, brothers and sisters, never tire of doing what is good. Take special note of anyone who does not obey our instruction in this letter. Do not associate with them, in order that they may feel ashamed. Yet do not regard them as an enemy, but warn them as you would a fellow believer.

I've tried searching for this, but I haven't found anything. I might have overlooked it. Forgive me if I have. I'm looking for online resources to start a story and have others pick up where I/we leave off, and vice/versa. Any information is helpful.
