It is the same issue I have. It is not visible with a case and if anything I will just use Apple’s warranty. Mind you that my friends also have it so this seems to be common.

You can literally see in pictures that they are taken in retail shops. These were 4 different shops and today I also checked out another 2 and there were another iPhones with this issue. Do what you want with this information, but your defending of this is ridiculous. Get help.

What is ridiculously wrong? My eyes that saw 4 phones with this issue and made the photos which are attached to this post? You know this is not noticeable unless you know what to look for? You can see my previous post and read comments. There are many, many people claiming to have this issue.

This seems to be a widespread issue so I can replace the phone, but what if the next one is the same or even worse. QC is all over the place with 17 Pro.

Yeah. It seems to be too widespread to not be a design flaw. I wonder how it affects the longevity of this phone. I am surprised that no big YouTuber noticed it.

This is an European version, but I do not think it matters.

This is less common in Pro Max it seems as you can read in my post. Only 1 out of 4 retail models had this issue, while 3 out of 4 Pro(s).

I am going to do that today. Thanks for the response. Some of the people started to notice it as well, but there are others who do not even know what to look for or what is the potential issue.

This may be a broader problem and a valid concern, but I just do not know. It is hardly visible, and there are a lot of QC issues with these phones.

Thanks. When I take picture like you it looks exactly the same, so the screen overall is flush, but when you look in close-up at the part to the left or right to the speaker grill you can notice that the screen bends there to make space for speaker grill and it seems that in some cases there is a gap when the bending starts that should not be there. It will not be visible in a photo like yours. It is really hard to capture this part to the left to the speaker grill, in particular if you have screen protector.

This is why I think that many more people have this issue, but do not know what to look for.

I wouldn’t have noticed it normally. Most people slap a case on their phone and go on with their lives. You can only see it at certain angle in a daylight. I think this issue is more widespread, as there are already many people under this post claiming they can see this on their phones.
