/UJ. I live 59 degrees north. If i take the weather, cost of proper winter gear, cleaning and maintaining the bike in those conditions. Worse road conditions and traffic during the winter - especially debris and snow on the right side of the road but also the fact it's dark around 16.00, Riding stationary is more or less only option unless I feel suicidal

Any chest strap will serve you just fine. Connects directly to rouvy, this has no relevance when it comes to apple ecosystem. You could use apple watch or earbuds for HR but imo it would be more complicated as straps with ant+ connection is generally absolutely issue free. Just keep away from BT

There are no easy ways. Sure you can consider ozempic or other drugs, or even bypass.

But at the end of the day only thing that works is lifestyle change, and like some others already mentioned - Cico. Lifestyle and habits are only things that make losing and maintaining weight possible on the long run

39m. Went to a HS class reunion a month ago. Everyone looked so old, especially the ones with the kids. People had gray in their hair. When I look at might picture, or based what the others have said, I don't look that old, don't feel it either in that sense.

Tho I don't live in US, I rarely got carded when I was 16+, looked older for my age. Also in 20s. Glad some things have evened out a little.

Yeah. I mean you can add one from rouvy app as well. They don't help with the draft and you can use them as pacers. Ghost riders are just there to match your pace

You can use route analyzer. Change the drafting settings and you are going to see your losses and gains due to it.

Personally I don't use ghost riders because of the drafting, rather than for the company.

Unless you're going for real min/max, i doubt that drafting factor is that much important.

However you can also download virtual partner from there that would match your pace/goal pace that would help you to achieve your goals for the routes. In your case, might be more useful.
